Reminder to Plus Class
1. Monday night, April 14, we will hold our class lesson in the gym rather than the cafeteria. Same time: 7-9, same caller: Susan, same school: Totem Middle, same students: all 41 would be nice! It would be best if you did not enter or walk thru the cafeteria, since there is another meeting planned for that facility. I believe there should be ample on-street parking, and two entrances -- one on 7th Street and one on 8th Street.
2. I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate the 24 dancers from our Class who traveled to the Toe Stompers Plus Workshop with Dave Knien last Monday, in lieu of class. Susan picked a great night for us to do that and an appropriate dancing opportunity. I also believe we helped that Club by providing three full squares of dancers.
3. After the first six lessons, we are averaging 35 dancers per class, are maintaining four squares every tip, and have 22 members with perfect attendance. Thus far, 12 Plus movements of square dancing have been introduced. Hope to see everyone this week.

1. We have 41 active participants registered in our Plus class: 31 Happy Hoppers and 10 dancers from 5 other clubs. After six class sessions, we are averaging 35 students per night and have 22 with perfect attendance. We consistently have four squares dancing on every tip.
2. Instructor Susan Morris has so far introduced the following twelve movements: Acey Deucey, Teacup Chain, Ping Pong Circulate, Load the Boat, Extend, Peel Off, Linear Cycle, Fan the Top, Grand Swing Thru, Anything and Spread, Coordinate, and Spin Chain the Gears..
3. This coming Monday evening, April 7, our class will not meet for a regular lesson because school is not in session. However, members of the class are encouraged to attend the Toe Stompers Plus Workshop, 7:30 -- 9:30 PM, at the Sammamish Valley Grange, 14654 148th N.E., Woodinville. Caller Susan indicates that Dave Knien is willing to call to our level that night. It will almost be like a Happy Hopper Plus caravan! :)
4. We have just three copies left of the Illustrated PLUS Movements of Square Dancing, in case you neglected to purchase a copy and still want one. Our own experience is that once a student has been introduced to a movement within a class setting, the illustrated booklet is an excellent resource for review purposes. $2.00
