Frank and Jean getting the Ila Williams award. It was presented by Tex and Shorty. Jean's son and daughter in law were there also to surprise them. I have never seen Jean speechless but she was. These two deserve the recognition. They are very humble about it but they do so much to keep it all going. And by the way they have been on every caravan this season.
